A traditiona lSicilian Christmas pasta dish that, Luigi,  our Sicilian, never heard of but we thought it sounded great.  A rich ragu made from local wild boar meat,  cooked down until it falls apart, with tomato paste,  red wine, tomatoes, onions and then finished with unsweetened chocolate and cinnamon. Served with pappardelle pasta.
